So help_lisa raised nearly $900 in donations of some sort.  I auctioned off 2 longer fics + 4 one shots for $235.  Not bad.  I'll always feel a little remorseful that I had the idea for the community sooner and didn't get it off the ground when fandom was at its height.  But better late than never, I suppose ( Read more... )

2).  Scrivener offers its program 50% off to Nanowrimo winners.  Has anyone used it?  If so, did you like it/hate it?

Sooooo I ended up offering 4 things (2 one shots, 2 multi-chaptered fics) for help_lisa, and no doubt that's gonna be a lot of work for me.  However, in doing that, I will have, at this point, raised $110 for Lisa Edelstein's charities.  People aren't fucking around with their bids, and it makes me really happy to know that my work is good enough that ( Read more... )
